There are many companies with by-business prohibition rules of employment in Japan.
(It may be OK if employees accepted willingly and are working there now.)
Now, this is a sudden question.
What is that which have possibilities of its extinction from this world
and which we do not care morally of its extinction?
"Company" is one of that answers.
It is treated as a subject with its will, a "Corporation."
But we can end it with appropriate procedures,
and it may be forcibly ended by commercial failures or some troubles.
SO,
it is difficult for "Companies" to guarantee their employees' lives
for all their life times with absolute certainty.
(Rich family benefit programs are thankful for all employees.
But its origin is your salary and apparent statue changes from your money as salary.)
So,
for whatever happened to your company itself,
it must give its employees some routes to survive.
(To a company, those route's existence also turns its escape routes.)
For employees, their another income from different fields from "their company's business field"
is one of safety nets of their lives.
And if employees earn money from their by-businesses,
they will also earn training chances of judgments in their by-business
as higher position people in their employed companies
earlier than in their employed companies.
(I think you will be good if your by-business starts quite small.)
And their by-business experiences will make some good situations
that they will deeply and clearly understand their positions and their missions in their employed companies.
And their by-business experiences will help themselves and their employed companies,
when they will actually manage their employed company.
Some people say, "a situation that our employed do not work enough for his salary
is a problem for his employed company."
But at that time, whether such situation's cause is his by-business or not
is not a matter that his employed company says "Good-by" to him.
Only his employed company must do is to say "Good-by" to him.
And more,
to limit all amount of its employees' money from outside their house
is a terrible action, I think,
because the amount of money will be linked to
freedom degree of that money's owner and his everyday and whole life quality.
I can understand a situation
that a company says "I give you this amount of money, xx dollars, for your work."
But if a company restricts other ways of earning money to its employees,
it will say to it employees,
"I give you this money.
And I think that your life value is such
and I also think that it is good for you to live such value's everyday and whole life,"
I think.
That situation is very terribble.
How to use everyone's 24 hours of everyday is completely up to everyone.
From this point of view,
a restriction of earning money by different routes from his employed company
is terrifying rule.
Which strategy is good, that is, he concentrate in his main business or he tries also by-business
must be up to his own will and strategies.
So no company can insist any strategies on him.
When you change works,
your tries and experiences will help you.
(I strongly think that good things will not happen to you
if you do sloppy whichever your main work and by-businesses.)
So no one must not deny or restrict other people's possibilities, I think.
Earning money situations will emerge its own special situations and responsibilities.
So if a company prohibits by-business to its employees,
their scopes of earning money and our society will also be limited.
It is not a comfortable situation for me.
I want that "Another stories" will start now.
I wrote "Money from outside one's house" in former part of this article.
Those opposite concept is "Production by my hand."
To cook food from nature stuffs
and to wash our clothes
and to do other domestic cares
and do DIYs
and so on
make values on your life certainly.
So without paying any money to other people,
using only your own skills,
you can make quality of your everyday and whole life
higher and higher with no limit.
(In cases of domestic cares,
"How much if you ask to other people generally + your added quality"
shows your made money by your DIY, I think.)
If you can make your needs and services,
(That is, if you can make values by yourself)
you do not use your money.
And in reverse,
if you receive some services by other people made values,
you must pay back enough money to them.

So, then, how is culture lessons?
To enrich your quality of your life,
I think that to practice and learn accomplishments, as we say, is one of ways.
Particularly saying,
drawing pictures,
and composing poems,
practicing sound instruments and singing,
and so on.
(I like live pictures and live sounds,
because I think they have powers of originals.)
Then,
your resolutions of your sense to "feel" pieces of other people will glow
and your joys to taste them will become deeper one, I think.
So, at least, your practices will make your appreciations of other people's pieces better.
Then your enjoying time will also become rich.
(I also hope that you have chances to show your pieces and playings.
But in such cases, "Do not annoying other people" is important.)
The degree of your reach in your accomplishments will strongly affect on
your resolutions of tasting and understanding pieces.
So you will practice more and more,
you can enjoy tasting more and more, I think.
I think that it is good for you to think about qualities of your everyday and whole life
from a point of view that how to make time of you and your surroundings rich.
Oh,
people with professions of accomplishments knows their joys
for playing and tasting pieces in their professional ways.
It seems that their way is different from amateurs.
