Writing Strategies

Why in the world do you want to write your own sentences?

Japanese Edition of this page

Hi, everyone!
Welcome to this page.
Nice to see you again!

Let's begin start now.
Just start from here and now.

In my strategies, our attempt of writing is
"to completely inform what you want to tell to whom you want to hear you."

These strategies are not just for saying words to yourself.
If you want to say something to yourself,
no one claim to you even if you utter your made words and pronunciations,
because the situation that only you can understand your words is OK for you.
Even when you write your diary to write for future looking back yourself,
you write to future you.
(In the future, it often happens that you will forget your present situations.)
So these strategies will help you effectively.

The most important point is that you do not mind just writing,
but you must mind informing you completely to whom you want to be known.
And your readers are your receivers of your words.

If you can not inform you completely to readers, they do not know and understand what you say.

If they do not understand your saying,
they cannot feel and know whether your writing is interesting or not,
and they need it or not, etc.

They can not judge the value of what you want to say.
They will think, "your writing has no value."
Then they stop to read your writing and trash it.

BAD ENDING (Oh!)

You must throw a word ball to your readers for they can fully catch it, not for they will fall it.
After they catch your word ball, they can understand it.
(Before you catch the ball, you can not know what ball you are given.)
You do not know what the ball is, you can not feel it.
(The meaning here of "understood" is not a situation that you are accepted and agreed by readers.
Only meaning of what you said is understood, not you.)

So, the first priority of writing attempts is to inform your readers of what you want to be known.
For this attempt, you transmit your words to your readers.
And after you are aware of such attempt of your writing in your mind,
you really become to want to throw a ball which your readers can easily catch, I think.

We must start to think from a point (a fact) that our brains are not connected physically.
There is no telepathy in this world.
So, we can not know others thinkings and feelings without words.
(I know technics of loaded languages of which you know your readers understand.
But I recommend you to use it after you can write clearly your sentences completely.)
When we inform ourselves to others, we transmit what we want to say on words along with English language rules.
And we decord others words along with our shared rules, and understand them.
In a detail, we have two kinds of our language rules.
One is "word's meanings and concepts."
Another is "grammars (ways of sorting words and their representing meanings)."
Only if one of them is misunderstood, your writing can not represent any meanings to others.

I figure below what a status of fully informed by words is.

Figure of what is informing yourself.

The second important point you must mind, when you write something, is
"Let's use correct grammars and correct word meanings."
(The first priority is "Don't forget to mind your receivers (that is, your readers), when you write something.")

Let's think about "If your writing is written in correct manners, are you read all surely?" in the next page.
